I am a firm believer in sticking to the basics. I see no reason to complicate things or make them harder than they need to be. For this reason I’ve tried to keep this site relatively simple, pleasing to the eye, and easy to read. You will quickly learn that I have no flashy graphics or animation to attract your attention, nor will you see any pop-ups as I find them very annoying. I believe that people are generally intelligent enough to see things for what they are without a bunch of bells and whistles to make them look. It is my hope that you will find your visit a more enjoyable one without all of the unnecessary distractions. Lastly, I think you’ll find this site easy to navigate as I have included all of the major links on every web page.

Currently available are 74 cookbooks with a combined total of over 18,650 recipes. If you made one recipe per day it would take you over 51 years to make them all! Realistically though, I know from experience that you will not use every recipe in any cookbook you have. But it’s always nice to have as much variety as possible available.
